Usui Exercises

There any many Reiki exercises, some from Usui and others from the Western world.
Some of these are on this page as text only while others also have an MP3 file linked.



The Gasshô Meditation

Sit and place the palms together in gasshô, in front of the chest, and close your eyes.

Breathe in and out in a relaxed manner, taking the breath deep inside the body.

Concentrate on the point where the tips of your two middle fingers come together.

When your mind wanders use this physical point as a focus, bringing your mind back to this single pointed meditation.

Continue the meditation for up to 30 minutes.
